The Reverend Erin Jean Warde is a spiritual director, recovery coach, writer, priest, and speaker. After serving churches in Texas and Oklahoma, she felt a calling wed to her priesthood but different in form: the calling to sobriety.
She left full-time church ministry to pursue the vocation of a priest and recovery coach. Sobriety changes the contours of our lives at the outset, but it never stops changing us, sometimes awakening in us new callings—other times helping us return to the callings we had at the foundation of our being. Her return to herself resulted in Erin’s first book, Sober Spirituality: The Joy of a Mindful Relationship with Alcohol.
