The Diocese of Newark invites the clergy and lay people of the Diocese of New Jersey to join them in-person for a series of talks with the Rev. Dr. Wil Gafney, author of A Women’s Lectionary for the Whole Church, on her work developing this lectionary.

(cost: $20; includes box lunch) - Saturday, May 21, 9 AM-4 PM: Building a Lectionary: Text Selection and Reading; The Women’s Lectionary for Preaching and Devotion

A box lunch will be provided at the Friday and Saturday sessions.
Newark is offering this opportunity FREE to clergy guests from other dioceses but does request that they register so that enough lunches can be provided. Registration deadline: 5 PM on Wednesday, May 11.
