Grace Church in Haddonfield is seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within the Church team, managing correspondence and supporting the Parish through a variety of administrative functions. We are a warm and collaborative team with a can-do approach to our work, led by many parishioners who generously volunteer their time to keep the Church running smoothly.
We are seeking someone friendly and welcoming with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as basic familiarity with computer technology including database management, email marketing, and website management. This role also entails responsibility for Church security and requires discretion to handle confidential Parish matters.
Candidates should be available to work from our office in Haddonfield three days, 19 hours per week. This position pays $16-20 per hour and does not include benefits.
