“Ashes to Go” is a way of taking church to the streets, meeting people in the midst of daily life with a moment of grace. Each year on Ash Wednesday, clergy and congregants throughout the diocese go out to the people to administer ashes at train stations, coffee shops, shopping malls, hospitals, street corners, anywhere busy people are.
