St. Peter’s Church, Medford

Each of our three-weekend worship services has its own character. We also have a healing service on Wednesday mornings, a prayer vine, and healing prayers for any who come forward at the beginning of our worship services. We offer Sunday School from PreK to high school confirmation, and a weekly (weekday) Bible study for adults. We have an ongoing food drive for the Christian Caring Center and conduct other drives through the year (school supplies, Christmas gifts). Members volunteer at a Camden breakfast program once a month. We help support a school in Haiti and have maintained two “adopted” children through Child Fund International. Our space is used by Scout troops, AA and NA meetings, and other community groups.

St. Peter’s Parish is a growing, vibrant Christian community in the Diocese of New Jersey. Our members are serious about our faith. We value being fed spiritually at the Eucharist and are gladdened by the opportunity to come forward for prayers of healing and birthday blessings. We are grateful for the friendliness and support we feel from one another when we come together.  We have high ambitions for St. Peter’s outreach to the wider community and world.  We appreciate opportunities for spiritual growth and Christian formation for adults and children, on Sunday mornings and at other times during the week.
